Houston Superbikes Services

 

The Houston Superbikes Service Department is dedicated to your positive ownership experience. We offer comprehensive service for Ducati and Aprilia well as other street bikes. In addition, we offer full warranty service for your Aprilia.   Each member of our service team is a factory trained technician, and shares the passion to get the maximum performance and optimization from your Italian machine. 

Our operating hours are 9am to 7pm Monday-Friday and 10am to 6pm on Saturdays. In order to better accommodate all customers, an appointment is preferred for all valve adjustments, suspension rebuilds and detailed or complex service operations.  Saturdays are reserved for “first-come-first-serve”  basic services.  Our parts department keeps all regular maintenance items in stock along with the region’s largest selection of Ducati and Aprilia performance parts, apparel and safety equipment. Dyno Tuning Center

We are an DynoJet Tuning center, which means all of our technicians have successfully completed the DynoJet training course. Combine that training with our race and Dyno experience and you get a bike that is tuned to its optimal performance. Whether you need a custom map for your specific model or just minor adjustments, we are here to facilitate those needs with pinpoint accuracy.  We are also proud to announce that we are now offering Ducati ECU services for all 2003 & up Superbikes, Monsters, SportClassics, SuperSports, Multistradas and Hypermotards equipped with the Magnetti Marelli ECU.  Some of these services include:

• Termignoni, Akrapovic, Arrow, FMF, QD, Zard, & other performance exhaust maps
• Activating & deactivating immobilizer
• Raised rev limiter
• Disabling exhaust servo motor
• Disabling lambda sensor
• Lost keys & code card retrieval

 

Factory Warranty

The Federal Law is specific when it comes to manufacturer warranties. The law prohibits manufacturers from requiring the service work be accomplished by their dealers only. With any warranty situation, you are only required to demonstrate that the manufacturer’s required maintenance has been performed. Any faulty OEM or aftermarket part on your bike is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of that specific part.  We stand behind our quality of service, and will warranty any labor performed at our workshop. Our service team is highly trained and has the best tooling necessary to get the job done right the first time.

Sunday Drop-off

Although our service department is closedon Sundays, your bike can be dropped off with prior arrangement. Please call in advance to schedule a Sunday drop-off. 

 

Pickup / Delivery

Tow companies can charge up to $250 and will not provide the TLC that your bike deserves. Want the convenience, but not the hefty expense? Make an appointment for your bike's scheduled service and we'll pick-up or drop-off your bike in a enclosed Mercedes Sprinter van for a nominal fee based on proximity.  Rest assured knowing your bike is being transported with the best care available.

 

Used Bike Evaluation

Before you buy a used bike from a private seller or local dealer, bring it to Houston Superbikes for a thorough unbiased appraisal. A typical evaluation takes an hour and only cost $85, giving you the information you need to make the right decision.
